Sarquellais a family business that makes cooked sausages with more than 80 years’ experience in the meat industry.
Currently, the fifth family generation works in the company, maintaining a passion for traditional flavours and maximum quality.

The family began working in the meat industry at the beginning of the 20th century. First as a pork trader and later with a small slaughterhouse.

Over the years, they specialised in the production of cured and cooked meat products.

Since then, the company has specialised in the manufacture of cooked meat products and catering specialities. It has grown and evolved to offer its customers high quality products within the traditional and hospitality industries.
