Sarquella is a family business that makes cooked sausages with more than 80 years’ experience in the meat industry. Currently, the fifth family generation works in the company, maintaining a passion for traditional flavours and maximum quality.
The family began working in the meat industry at the beginning of the 20th century. First as a pork trader and later with a small slaughterhouse.
Over the years, they specialised in the production of cured and cooked meat products.
